Choosing your shoes
Where can I see your bridal shoes?
All our bridal shoes are in the Bridal collection. For more evening styles, see Evening shoes.
How do I choose a heel height?
Our shop by heel height page groups shoes into flat, mid (3–6 cm) and high (7 cm and more).

How do I find my size?
Use our size guide: it explains how to measure your foot and has an EU / UK / US / cm table.
Can I try the shoes on before my wedding?
Yes — you can try on in any of our 6 stores across Lebanon. To ask about a style before you visit, send us a message on WhatsApp.
Ordering & delivery
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery: you pay in cash when your order arrives.
How much is delivery?
$5 all over Lebanon, and free on orders over $95.
Can I return my shoes?
We do not offer refunds, so please check your size with the size guide or try the shoes on in a store before ordering. See our refund policy.
